Is your mobile service truly fully equipped for the GTA?
Yes, our mobile units are specifically outfitted to handle the diverse conditions found across the Greater Toronto Area. We carry our own specialized tools and cleaning solutions; however, we do typically require access to a water source and an electrical outlet at your location to power our high-grade extractors and pressure washers. This allow us to deliver professional-grade results right in your driveway.
What happens if it rains on the day of my appointment?
Since the Bear Hug involves exterior cleaning and the interior needs to stay dry while doors are open, we monitor the weather closely. If heavy rain or extreme weather is forecast, we will contact you at least 2 hours in advance to reschedule for the next available clear day. We want to ensure that the finish we provide is pristine, which is difficult to achieve during a downpour.
